Refunds:

I'm afraid as one-woman business I don't offer refunds unless an item is faulty. Please do get in touch if you'd like to discuss an exchange or gift voucher instead.

Prints: Prints are printed to order and take 5-7 days. 

Fabric: All fabric is printed to order and takes 2-3 weeks.

Wallpaper: All wallpaper is printed to order and takes 5-6 weeks.

Original Works: All marquetry and collage ship within 1-2 weeks.

Delivery: 

All products are posted 2nd Class Recorded with Royal Mail which takes another 3-5 days. International orders are posted tracked and take around 5-7 days. Larger items may use a courier and customers will be contacted when necessary.
