I'm afraid that we don't offer refunds.

Damaged / faulty orders

If your order arrives damaged, please e-mail lou@lou-taylor.co.uk for a replacement.

If your jewellery breaks within 6 months of purchase, we will fix it free of charge. For repairs after 6 months, there may be a small charge. You are responsible for postage back to us.

We recommend your jewellery is stored in the box it arrives in. If brooches are left pinned to a jacket for example, they may be more liable to break. Please don't leave your jewellery in a bathroom where the dampness may cause chain to discolour. Mirror perspex should be kept away from perfume, chemicals etc as it can crack.
