Quilt No.18 Blue Swans

Intriciately handcut wood veneer marquetry in bespoke tray frame. Inspired by traditional quilting patterns. Swans are a beautiful symbol of romance as they mate for life. A faux pearl cabochon makes for a lovely eye detail.

Wood veneers used in this piece include ash, birch, fumed larch and rosewood santos crown.

All marquetry is finished with a beautiful UV protective wood oil but never hang in direct sunlight as this will cause fading.

Measures 16x20.5cm framed. Framed in a beautiful deep wenge veneer frame.

All artwork is signed and numbered on reverse.
